I had a serious blast this weekend past at MechaCon in New Orleans.   A big thank you to the owners of the convention, Peter Bares and Jon Russo for allowing me to come out and party with the convention.   I shot over 6000 RAWS that I have been pounding on them daily for at least two hours a day and 8 hours on the weekends to get all the goodness out to the fans.   I have completed the Grand Galloping Gala Formal Ball and I am about to upload the 200+ photos from the cosplay competition.    Next up is Cosplay Chess and then the Charity Auction and THEN I can start releasing cosplay photoshoot sets from the private sessions that I worked with over the weekend.   None of this will happen overnight folks.    I still have photos to release from AnimeFest that happened the weekend before MechaCon.

The way it works is I will release two photos of each person’s photoshoot to tide you over until I can do the entire set.   I edit each set in the order they were shot unless it was a paid photoshoot.  You get to jump to the front of the line then.   I will be working on photos for the next month if not two months to get everything out the door so be patient and don’t be afraid to ask on Facebook when your stuff might be ready.   I will answer ASAP!

Thanks to all the donations I was able to get a new lens and flashgun and got to try them out this Saturday past with two of my newest super models; Natalie and Violet.    Here are a couple of photo teases of what to expect from these shoots.   This was one of the best shoots I have been able to do in my many years.   It was fun.  Full of energy and eye popping sexy.    On the donations front, I still need $900 to get a new body because I really don’t want to keep renting one.  @_@   Almost there!   Keep it going!

My friend James tagged along for a shoot I did for Korovyev doing Ryoko and did video work and a interview with this fantastic cosplayer. I want to do more behind the scenes stuff like this for you guys and gals so stay tuned. Otakuhigh will have a YouTube channel in the future. Enjoy!
